Please ensure you have all required hunting licenses, permits, and identification for your hunt. Pack weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy footwear, and any personal items you may need during your stay.

Please ensure that your firearm is properly sighted in, well-maintained, and transported in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. For everyone’s safety, firearms should remain unloaded and securely stored until directed otherwise by your guide. If you have any questions regarding equipment requirements or regulations, please contact us prior to your arrival.

To help make your hunt as enjoyable and successful as possible, we recommend bringing the following:

    • Valid hunting license, tags, and government-issued photo ID.

    • Firearm or bow and appropriate ammunition or arrows.

    • Blaze orange clothing as required by law.

    • Weather-appropriate hunting attire, including camouflage if applicable.

    • Waterproof boots, rubber knee boots or hip boots (recommended) and extra socks.

    • Hat, gloves, and rain gear depending on the forecast.

    • Binoculars and rangefinder (optional but recommended).

    • Daypack or hunting backpack.

    • Flashlight or headlamp with extra batteries.

    • Personal medications and any necessary medical supplies.

    • Insect repellent, or Thermocell

    • Water bottle and snacks for the field.

    • Camera or smartphone for photos.

    • Cooler for transporting harvested game and meat.

    • Personal toiletries and overnight essentials if lodging is included.  (Bed linens and bath towels will be provided)

If you are unsure whether a particular item is needed for your hunt, please contact us prior to your arrival.

All hunters are responsible for obtaining and carrying the appropriate North Carolina hunting licenses, permits, and privileges required for their specific hunt. Depending on the game species and residency status, additional privileges or certifications may be required.

It is the responsibility of each hunter to ensure they are properly licensed and familiar with all applicable North Carolina hunting regulations before arriving for their hunt.

Please bring proof of your hunting license and any required permits or certifications with you. If you have questions regarding the licenses needed for your scheduled hunt, please contact us prior to your arrival, and we will be happy to assist you.

Your guide’s top priority is your safety and success. Please follow all instructions and practice safe firearm handling at all times. We ask that all guests respect fellow hunters, wildlife, and the land we are privileged to hunt.

Hunting conditions and wildlife activity can vary, and our guides may adjust hunting locations or schedules to provide the best possible opportunity while ensuring a safe experience for everyone.

We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where friendships are made and memories are shared. Please help us maintain our facilities and equipment, and treat fellow guests and staff with courtesy and respect.

Our guides will assist with the recovery and dressing of harvested game.
